WEEK 2

Ok girls....

I hope you are walking strong and getting those push-ups and sit-ups in!

I am off line until the end of the month due to a lack of money :( But I am still keeping up with the challenge and getting those miles in!

Challenge:

Walk 10 miles. Keep track of your time and try to beat it every day. Next week the miles go up.. so be ready!

Weekend Warrior:

4 miles... whether its walking, cycling or swimming. 25 push-ups. CRUNCHES... I want you to do as many crunches as you can in one sitting, until you just cant do them anymore. Keep track... your going to beat that number in a couple of weeks!

OH!... and keep track of your miles every week.. if you fall behind you can always make them up this week!!
