Week 1

Ok girls, I am going to be absent from the blog for the next week but here is your first weeks challenge:

Walk, run, bike or skip: 10 miles ... you have until Friday!

Weekend Warrior: 4 miles + 25 sit-ups + 25 push-ups.... I want you to finish them, even if you have to stop between each push up and rest for a minute...

I will be back in time for next week.. and I will be checking in on you!

I hate to say this but take me off of this challenge. We are in the process of moving and I am getting in the 10 miles during the week (since I ride my bike to work) but there is no way I am going to get the 4 miles in this weekend.

I hae actually stopped exercising in order to get our house organized to moved during my lunch hour - I use to work out during my lunch hour.

Once we get settled into the new house I will start working out again - I miss it!
